Job Description

HR Intern roles and responsibilities:
1. Sourcing candidates through free job portals.
2. Screening resumes to match the requirements.
3.Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process.
4. Opening their salary/demat account.
5. Serving as a liasion with area employment  agencies, colleges and industry associations.

Duration of the internship- 2 months
Stipend offered- 5000-7000+incentives based on your interview.

Performance evaluation
1. An intern need to hire 35-40 candidates during his/her internship.
2. The performance of the intern will be evaluated on the basis of active candidates.
