Title: HR Intern
Duration: [1 Month, 3 months, 6 months]
Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist in conducting new employee orientations and onboarding activities.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Support HR projects such as performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and training programs.
Assist in drafting HR policies and procedures. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior internship experience in HR or related field is a plus.
