Job Title: HR Intern

Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as HR Intern. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience and insight into the field of Human Resources within the BPO and consulting industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Support: Assist HR team in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial assessments.

2. Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing documents, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

3. Employee Engagement: Participate in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction.

4. HR Administration: Assist with various HR administrative tasks including maintaining employee records, updating databases, and generating reports as needed.

5. Learning & Development Support: Collaborate with the HR team in coordinating training programs, workshops, and other learning initiatives to support employee development and growth.

6. Policy & Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulations, and support in updating and communicating changes when necessary.

7. Ad Hoc Projects: Undertake special projects and assignments as assigned by the HR team to support departmental goals and initiatives.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
