Job Description
Overview: We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to develop fundamental HR skills and contribute to meaningful projects within our organization.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including paperwork completion, orientation sessions.
3. Support HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, and organizing personnel files
4. Assist in employee relations activities by responding to inquiries, facilitating communication, and helping to resolve issues.
5. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, training and development initiatives.
6. Participate in HR meetings and discussions, providing input and assistance as needed.
7. Stay updated on HR best practices, trends, and legal requirements to ensure compliance with relevant regulation.
8. Collaborate with other team members and departments to support overall HR objectives and initiatives.
