'We are currently seeking a highly motivated HR intern to join our team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with recruitment efforts, including posting job listings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Helping to onboard new hires by preparing orientation materials and conducting new employee orientations
• Supporting the HR team with employee relations issues and providing assistance with employee concerns
• Assisting with compliance related tasks, such as maintaining employee files and updating HR policies
• Participating in special projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and procedures

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Human Resources or related field of study
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
