1. Ensuring all the necessary documentation for joining
2. Background verification (also coordinate with BGV agencies if needed)
3. Post Joining feedback
Salary and Payroll:
1. Coordination with resources for attendance
2. Payroll processing and solving related queries
3. Full and Final calculations for exists
Performance Management :
1. Regular interaction with resource to ensure they are happy
2. Carrying out performance feedback sessions with managers
3. Communication of performance feedback to resources
4. Increment and Incentive computations
