Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job postings, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidates' qualifications to determine their fit for specific roles.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
• Make recommendations to hiring managers based on candidates' qualifications and interview performance.
• Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate salary and other terms of employment as needed.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
