Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and competent HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. As an HR Intern, you will have to provide assistance to our HR department in day-to-day operations. You will assist the HR Department in various tasks including recruitment, selection, orientation, documentation, updating records, etc.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.

  • Assist in screening resumes & making calls to the applicants.

  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc.)

  • End to End follow-up with the candidates.

  • Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts.

  • Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.

  • Post & Manage job advertisements on job portals and social networks.

  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed.

  • Update our internal HR databases.

  • Providing support in all other HR operations.

Skills Required:
  • Proven experience working as an HR intern or a similar role in Human Resources is a plus.

  • Freshers can also apply.

  • Based on performance, an opportunity for full time after successful completion of Internship

  • Familiar with recruitment cycle.

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.

  • Outstanding problem-solving & time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently.
