We are seeking an enthusiastic and competent HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. As an HR Intern, you will have to provide assistance to our HR department in day-to-day operations. You will assist the HR Department in various tasks including recruitment, selection, orientation, documentation, updating records, etc.
Responsibilities:Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
Assist in screening resumes & making calls to the applicants.
Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc.)
End to End follow-up with the candidates.
Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts.
Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
Post & Manage job advertisements on job portals and social networks.
Prepare HR-related reports as needed.
Update our internal HR databases.
Providing support in all other HR operations.
Proven experience working as an HR intern or a similar role in Human Resources is a plus.
