HR Intern Responsibilities:

Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.
Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
Assisting the HR staff in gathering market salary information.
Assisting in the planning of company events.

HR Intern Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or studying toward a degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to work as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
Effective communication skills.
Detail-oriented.

Currently, the company has its roots in Rajasthan, Haryana, Chhattisgarh, and Bihar. During the tenure of the company we have worked on City Planning, Master Plans, Civil Engineering Consultancy, and Digital Survey. Currently, we are conducting the largest Property Tax Survey in the country which is for the state of Haryana. Under this project, we are visiting each and every single property of Haryana and geotagging them, and taking pictures of the property. After the completion of the project, Haryana will be the first state in the country to have done this at State Level.

Currently, we are 100 employees strong at our head office at Gurgaon and 300 employees strong including our field staff at various cities of India and always growing.

Recently We have started our technology division where we are building websites and mobile apps for state governments and have plans to expand into the private sector with a vision of going international in the coming few years.
