Internship is HR ( Core systems) Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on recruitment (internal) & end-to-end onboarding process
2. Work on training & development
3. Manage the employee performance (KPI & KRA) & performance tracker
4. Manage employee relationships
5. Weekly & Monthly performance reviews
6. Monitor employee trackers on daily basics
