About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Handle end to end recruitment
Create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates and hiring managers
Provide a great candidate experience and act as a candidate advocate
Understand how to recruit passive candidates and possess the mentality to profile people and understand the fit
Work stakeholder management
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates, through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management
Handle end to end vendor management
Organize and conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates.
