About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Handle end to end recruitment
- Create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates and hiring managers
- Provide a great candidate experience and act as a candidate advocate
- Understand how to recruit passive candidates and possess the mentality to profile people and understand the fit
- Work stakeholder management
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates, through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management
- Handle end to end vendor management
- Organize and conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates.
