Eligibility Criteria for HR:

  • Candidate should be a Graduate or Post Graduate.
  • Candidate should have minimum 1 plus year of work experience in Recruitment

  • Job Description for HR Executive
  • Manage end to end recruitment process for candidates, working closely with various stakeholders across the organization to ensure the process runs as efficiently as possible.
  • Focus on direct recruitment, researching and generating a candidate pipeline from internal and external sources.
  • Constructing briefs / role descriptions, advising on compensation, monitoring and reporting on progress, conducting telephone screening interviews.
  • Scrutinizing applications and providing shortlists to line managers.
  • Developing resourcing campaigns, advising on process, routes to market, use of assessment and selection tools, media and resourcing technologies
  • Preparation of of MIS reports. 
  • Conducting induction, on-boarding processes for new joiners.
  • Execute various employee engagement and corporate social responsibility activities.
  • Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization and communicate the same to their reporting authority
