Job Summary

Recruitment and Selection
Maintain up-to-date recruitment Strategy and Identifying new Sources of Recruitment.
Take Interviews and Select the Right Candidate. [IF Requried]
Process all recruitment requests in an effective and efficient manner.
Managing Induction program for new Joiners.
Training and Development
Identify key skills, specialty skills and propose training needs accordingly.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Excellent Communication Skills
Convincing Skills
Public Speaking
Basic Knowledge of MS-Office.
