4. Updating our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
5. Gathering payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts
6. Screening resumes and application forms
7. Scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates
8. Preparing HR-related reports as needed
9. Addressing employee queries about benefits (like the number of remaining vacation days)
10. Reviewing and distributing company policies in digital formats or hard copies
11. Participating in organizing company events and careers days
