We have a few requirements at our Indore Office for HR INTERNS.

HR Roles & Responsibilities -

§ Assist in the end to end recruitment

§ Record all resumes and personnel documents in HR electronic files

§ File physical HR records in an HR filing cabinet

§ Deal with recruitment agencies

§ Scanning and emailing HR documents

§ Create an Employee engagement activity

§ Create interview appointments

§ Creating job advertisements

§ Phone screen applicants

§ Data Entry and general administration

§ Complete appropriate paperwork for new and existing employees

Requirements -

§ Currently pursuing a Business Administration or Public Administration degree

§ Strong written communication skills

§ Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills

§ Excellent technology skills

§ Excellent time management and organizational skills

§ Ability to maintain strict confidentially

Internship Duration – 45 days / 3 Months

Timings - 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Letters & Certificate Provided by Company - Offer Letter and Certificate

Stipend - 0 (1st Month),2000 (2nd Month) 3000 (3rd Month) -- Stipend amount get varied from time to time.
