About the internship

We are seeking a full-time intern for our dynamic human resources team to join us immediately. The HR Intern will have the opportunity to work in the human resource organization doing a variety of tasks related to learning & development, talent acquisition, HR operations, and engagement & communication.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage the employee onboarding & offboarding processes to enhance new and
departing employee experience
2. Bring in new employee engagement initiatives/enable employee functional groups related to fun at work, community relations, corporate social responsibility, etc.
3. Be an effective team member contributing to Fortive HR projects
4. Working with the talent acquisition team to attract talent for the company
5. Participate in organizing company events and other engagement initiatives
6. Engaging with internal & external stakeholders as required for data gathering,
information sharing, notifications, tracking, and other tasks as assigned
7. Improving the data management system and creating insightful data analytics to help with the decision-making processes
8. Coordinate logistics and other details for L&D projects like creation/updating shared folders, event coordination, feedback collection & analysis, and creating communications content

5. Good organizing and planning skills

6. Good problem-solving skills

7. Strong inclination toward data analytics

8. Exposure to data analytics tools will be an added advantage

9. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, master’s degree (full time)(specialization in human resources in human resources management or similar field preferred)

10. Ability to work as a full-time intern (minimum 40 hours/week) for 1 year
