She has a professional degree in Human Resource (DHRM) from Wellingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai along with that she has perused MBA from Institute of Technology & Management, Mumbai & South New Hampshire University USA in Business Administration with a specialization in Operations Management. She took Commerce as her specialization while appearing for graduation simultaneously she even persuade Cost Accountancy (ICWA) from Institute of Cost & works Accounting (ICWA) Inter & Foundation course.
She has started her career as trainee Account Assistant soon after her graduation, almost immediately she realised that she has more interest in Humans then accountancy so she started perusing Human Resource Management, as HR is her passion since beginning and she worked as Executive Talent Resource initially and then she moved up ladders into HR & Administration simultaneously by working on various positions as Recruitment Specialist, Generalist, HR Manager & Head HR but soon she realised that coaching is her passion she can’t keep herself busy in 9 to 5 Routine. She had a dream since beginning to run her own business as a consultant so she took up various positions and learned various skills which helped her to be multitasking & independent women throughout her career.
She has rich Experience of more than 10 years in Human Resource, Life Coaching & Administration. She has been designated from Middle to Senior Management level positions & train people right from workman to CEO level position in her career and worked in various industries such as NBFC (Stock Broking),International Event Management, Outdoor Advertising, Construction, Building Material & Manufacturing etc.
She is well versed with International & Domestic Recruitments along with Visa procedure & also has a good hold on all HR processes from Payroll Process, induction to exit along with all necessary statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC etc., she ensures to maintain décor of the organization along with grievance Management.
In her career, she has handled Administration on pan India basis for branches & corporate office. She also handled Liasoning & drafting of Legal documentation along with Rental Agreements, new Branch setup & renewal of Licenses and tax payments.
Her Advices & Suggestions was always appreciated & Implemented by the people, friends & family. She saw the positive change in their life, this motivated her to become a trainer and life coach and she established “Conquerlife Consultants LLP” in the year 2018 with a vision to provide all required professional consultancy services to clients under one roof.
