• To ensure the Best Talent is acquired and support the Talent Management process. Manage Overall HR activities in the Organization.

RECRUITMENT

• Searching the right candidature via job portals
• Contacting and lining up the candidates through phone, email and other job portals
• Conducting preliminary round of interview on phone or face to face.
• Cold calling, follow up calls, lining up the candidates.
• Lining up candidates in accordance with schedules

DATABASE MAINTENANCE

• Maintaining resumes of candidates (online basis, hard and soft copy)
• Records of Employee Files and Folders
• COORDINATION With Candidates, employees and external vendors.
• QUALIFICATION:BMS /MBA / MMS post graduates
• EXPERIENCE:Fresher or internship experience, if any

SKILL SET

• Good written and verbal skills, email etiquettes
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power-Point.
• Presentation skills.

DURATION:3 Months

STIPEND

• Rs. 3000 to 5000 per month
• Interns may have a full time opportunity after successful completion of their internship, depending upon the openings then.
