About The Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

Undertaking detailed research and analysis for demographic information like for jobs and candidates
Designing a recruiting strategy with well-defined benchmarks
Researching and crafting job descriptions
Maintaining up-to-date market knowledge and expertise in various recruitment trends and practices, providing guidance and support as needed to recruiting leads
Recruitment marketing and account management

Other Requirements

Must hold an MBA (preferred HR background) or B.E/B.Tech/BCA/MCA/B.Sc degree
Must have an understanding of working on LinkedIn and other social media
Must have the ability to work in a team-oriented, highly collaborative open environment
