Key responsibility Areas:
· Prepare and organize the files of the employees joined in the organization.
· Preparing & maintaining the monthly attendance of the employees.
· Maintaining OTs (overtime) for the support staff.
· Responsible for employee life cycle from joining till exit formalities.
· Providing salary slips for the employees
· PF/ESI challans preparations and verifications to be done
· Preparation of monthly reports and master data updations
Educational Qualifications:
MBA in HR will be preferred
Requirements:
1. Well versed with Excel (intermediate). Have knowledge of V-lookup, H-lookup, conditional formatting
2. Good Communication skills, presentable personality.
