HR BRO jobs - HR Intern

HR BRO Placement Service is looking to hire an HR Intern to join our team.  

The successful candidate must be a recent graduate of any degree program and have a strong interest to work in HR Recruitment.

Responsibilities:
• Assisting in the recruitment process, including researching and sourcing of potential candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating training.
• Maintaining HR records and preparing reports.
• Working with ATS Systems and Job Platforms to find out right candidates.
• Assisting in onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Supporting the HR team with administrative tasks.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Must have a laptop 
Compensation:
• Travel allowance in the first month of internship
• Stipend of 3000 in the second month
• Stipend of 4000 in the third month
