Job description:

  • Design and update job descriptions
  • Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn etc.)
  • Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
  • Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
  • Expertise in sourcing through Job Boards, Social Media and LinkedIn groups/ Projects.
  • Efficient in handling the exact requirements with direct clients.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills; self-starter with high standards in any given task.
  • Experienced in all aspects of full-cycle recruiting to include requirement gathering, sourcing, resume evaluation, phone screening, interviewing, salary, and extending offers.
  • Acting as first point-of-contact for client and maintains monthly contact with the client.
  • Ensuring that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner
  • Candidate Profile:
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Experience with sourcing techniques
  • Understanding of referral programs
  • Excellent Communication Skills & Writing skills.
  • Dynamic and result-oriented individual.
  • Team player, Dedication toward Assignments, Learning Savvy & Innovative to Skills.
  • Excellent relationship management skills to develop successful networks within senior management, staffing teams and HR Partners.
