Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support HR Department in maintaining employee records, including onboarding and offboarding documentation.
Help organize and coordinate HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives or training programs.
Assist in conducting orientation sessions for new hires, explaining company policies and benefits.
Aid in the administration of employee benefits and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Assist with payroll processing tasks under the guidance of HR staff.
Support HR team in organizing employee performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
Assist in drafting HR-related communications, such as job postings or internal announcements.
Perform other duties as assigned by Senior HR
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus.
Ability to work well both independently and in a team.
