Job Roles & Responsibility:
Make Offer Letters and get approved from HRBP-Lead
Send offer letters with onboarding email from hr email address
Follow up with selected candidates for filling the onboarding form on time
Update onboarding data to the master data sheets
Track confirmation status for employees, make and release confirmation letters
Share birthday posters from hr email address
Make experience letters as needed
Support in making recruitment dashboards and present periodically
Process background verification for new joiners
Set up onboarding meeting for new joiners
Make email ids and issue them for new joiners
Make new user’s account on HRMS tool and share with them and learn to operate the tool
Coordinate with stakeholders for getting the work done in time
