We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department’s daily activities.

THE PROJECT(s)
Deploy the organization's & clients HRMS
HR systems and procedures design.
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Solutions - Assesses clients’ needs and accordingly makes recommendations and solutions.
- Research - Study various HR topics, then organize and present your findings.
- HR Technology - Becomes fluent in all services provided by the HRMS through testing, demonstrations, and research.
- Record-Keeping - Update databases and records with new & old employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
- Templates - Help prepare HR Related Word, PowerPoint, and Excel templates.
- Coordinate - Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders, including employees, candidates, management, and clients.
- Recruiting - Assist with all aspects of recruiting including posting, screening, interviews, checks, offers, and onboarding.
Requirements
- Experience Fresher
- Duration Available for a minimum duration of 6 months.
- Location Availability for full-time (in-office) internship.
- Education & Certification - Relevant degree in HR Management or Business. Additional HR training will be a plus. Some experience in an office environment preferred.
- Software and Applications- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with HRIS, ATS and resume databases.

- Ability to meet targets and deadlines.
