Database Management - Update the database.

Onboarding Assistance Administrative Tasks - Assist with reference checks and background checks

Preparing various HR letters

Assist the HR Manager in day to day HR tasks.

Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as process improvements, policy development, or HR system implementations.

Provide general administrative support to the Corporate HRBP including maintaining records, preparing correspondence, and responding to inquiries.

Support the performance management process by assisting in the preparation of performance appraisal forms, tracking completion, and maintaining related records.
