Responsibilities:
Ensure timely and smooth documentation.
Creation of employee documents – Offer letter, Appointment letter, Contract extension letters, Bonafide letters etc.
Maintaining /updating personal files of employees and various HR tools.
Handling Employee Attendance as and when required.
Maintaining and updating employee database.
Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc).
Joining formalities/Induction.
Documents to be collected and appointment letter to be issued.
Exit Formalities.
