As an HR Intern Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in assisting our Human Resources team with various recruitment and talent acquisition activities. Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Attraction:
Assist in creating and posting job vacancies on job boards, career websites, and social media platforms.
Conduct initial resume screening to identify qualified candidates.
Collaborate with the HR team to develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Candidate Screening:
Conduct phone screens and initial interviews with potential candidates.
Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Interview Coordination:
Schedule interviews with candidates and interview panel members.
Coordinate logistics for in-person, virtual, or panel interviews.
Communicate interview details and instructions to candidates.
Assessment and Evaluation:
Assist in the administration of pre-employment assessments or tests as required.
Collect and summarize candidate feedback from interviewers.
Participate in the evaluation and selection process.
Documentation and Compliance:
Assist in drafting offer letters and employment contracts.
Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
Support in conducting background checks and reference checks.
Onboarding Support:
Collaborate with HR to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
Assist in preparing orientation materials and schedules.
Data and Reporting:
Compile and maintain recruitment metrics and reports.
Analyze data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
