·         Analyse, Identify and Create various sourcing channels 

·         Work with Sourcing Channels like Digital Marketing, Campus Drives, Job Fairs, Job Portals, and Social Media Marketing etc.

·         Prepare and maintain various recruitment database in a systematic and hygienic manner

·         Understand and examine Job Descriptions to recognize suitable candidates

·         Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and performing phone screenings

·         Schedule interviews, shortlist candidates and coordinate with the Internal Team

·         Meet hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates

·         Work collaboratively with other departments across the organization as needed

What are we looking for?

·         Good communication (Verbal and Written) and interpersonal skills

·         An eye for attention to details, result driven and takes the accountability to meet expectations

·         Sound knowledge on PowerPoint, MS Word

·         Are available for full time (in-office) internship

·         Are from or open to relocate to Bangalore
