Job Description

What We Offer: Hands-On Training: Over the course of 3 months, you’ll receive in-depth training on essential HR functions, including:
- Effective hiring strategies - Onboarding processes - Employee record management - And much more!

Stipend Structure: You’ll receive a stipend of up to ₹45,000 throughout the internship, with tasks assigned based on performance and learning.
Certification: At the end of the internship, you will be awarded a certificate recognizing your training and contributions.
Job Opportunity: Exceptional interns will have the chance to transition into a permanent role with a minimum monthly salary of ₹25,000 after successfully completing the program.
Who We’re Looking For:
Education: Open to candidates currently pursuing or recently graduated in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Skills: Strong communication, a willingness to learn, and an interest in HR practices.
Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for working with people and helping them succeed!
