Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews
2. Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documents and conducting employee orientation sessions
3. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and recognition programs
4. Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
5. Support HR projects, including performance management, talent development, and employee wellness initiatives
6. Assist in conducting research on HR best practices and stay updated with industry trends
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing HR-related documents
