Position:  Technical Lead /Senior Developer for Social Media Applications

As a Technical Lead or Senior Developer, You will be expected to provide Technical leadership, Develop, Enhance and Maintain Social Media Applications.

-         3 -4 years of Technical lead and Development experience.

-         Good understanding and hands-on experience of web-technology and programming languages / framework like PHP / Laravel / Kotlin / Swift / Angular.( Android/IOS/Web)

-         Good understanding and experience of Postgre SQL Database.

-         Good understanding and hands on experience of IDE like PHP Storm, Web Storm, Android Studio, Xcode on one or all 3 platforms (IOS, Android, Web)

-         Must be familiar with development life cycle and experience in working with all 3 platforms.

-         Knowledge of Server, Hosting (AWS Cloud),Database and Queries.

-         Work with the Product Team and major stakeholders to coordinate work and follow up on deliverables

-         Identify task blockers (Proactive),Manage project workflows, Grooming tickets and boards to ensure everything in the queue is ready for action.

-         Should be good with business logic and use cases.

-         Progress tracking, Identify risks and risk mitigation planning

-         Providing direction, motivation, support and inspiration to the developer team

-         Ensuring that quality guidelines and recommendations are achieved.

-         Proficiency with software tools like Trello but not limited to JIRA, MS Excel, etc.

-         Prepares and presents the progress report to the management team.

-         Graduation in Computer Science or Electronics streams

-         2-3 years as team leads

-         Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact professionally with diverse group across individually and as a team member
