• Responsible for Hiring and Recruitment for all the department.
• Responsible for maintaining employees’ documentations.
• Responsible for controlling Attrition.
• Responsible for Preparing Offer letters, Transfer letters, Confirmation letters, Appointment letters, Experience Letters, Relieving Letters, Warning Letters, Showcase Notice, Mediclaim, ID cards.
• Responsible for exit formalities, exit interview and FnF.
• Responsible for completing New Joinee Entry, Transfer, Exit, Other Master Details in HRIS.
• Responsible for Enrolment for new joinees & Deactivation for resigned employees.
• Responsible for Maintaining and updating Employee Attendance, Leaves Management, Employees Sign-off  for pay cycle.
• Responsible for preparing Payroll Input.
• Responsible for maintaining HR Audit Reports.
• Responsible for employee welfare and employee engagement in the organisation.
• Responsible for Employee Grievance & Boredom.
• Handling Gratuity, ESIC, PF.
• Responsible for Onboarding and presentation on internal concepts and products. 
• Responsible for Orientation and Induction for employees.
• Maintaining, communicating and updating HR Policy in the organisation accordingly at all the levels.
• Responsible for Performance Appraisal (KRA, KPA).

Human Resources and Administration

• Developing procedures, policies & standards for recruitment.
• Negotiating with candidates, employers and related third parties.
• Resolving typical and common hiring problems.
• Tactfully resolving disputes between different parties.
• Handling all confidential information in a professional manner.
• Having in depth conversations with people over the phone & face to face.
