            We are looking for HR Manager to oversee all aspect of human resource practices and processes

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·        ‘Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

·        Manage the recruitment and selection process

·        Recruitment process through portals and by posting free job ads etc.

·        Managing and providing leads to the marketing team

·        Training about the projects to the team

·        Nurture the positive working environment

QUALIFICATION                   

·        Any degree with Proven working experience as HR manager or executive for 1-5 years

·        People oriented and result driven

·        Knowledge of HR systems and databases

·        Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships
