Job Duties for HR

·         Gather & determine staffing needs from different Sources.

·         Screening resumes as per Job recruitment.

·         Hiring of employee within the assigned timeline & Budget.

·         Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates

·         Performing reference and background checks

·         Coordinating interviews with the candidate

·         Maintaining relationships with both internal and external  clients (Franchise Owner) to ensure staffing is fulfilled as per the requirement

·         Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process

·         Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices

·         Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations

·         Completing timely reports on employment activity

·         Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees

·         Managing Daily attendance by coordinating with employees

·         Preparing various types of MIS reports as per requirement.

·         Coordinate with franchise owner for Manpower Supply

·         Monitor the performance  & delivery of each employee

·         Monitor Daily Reporting

·         Share confirmation of payments received.

·         Share MIS & records on daily basis with all stakeholders.
