Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in screening and shortlisting candidates for various job positions within the company
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with potential candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process
3. Support the HR team in organizing and conducting employee orientation programs and training sessions
4. Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
5. Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations, utilizing MS Excel to analyze and present data
6. Support the HR team in implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including handling employee queries and maintaining HR-related documentation
