Position: HR (Head)/HR (Assistant)
Experience: 2-4 yrs.
Qualification: MBA (HR)
Roles and responsibilities: -Understanding manpower requisition from the concerned department.
Understanding the requirement and accordingly drafting a job description and getting it approved from the concerned person.
Sourcing candidates that match the desired skills.
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Provide clerical and administrative support.
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc).
Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
Maintaining and updating the database of the candidates.
Doing a background verification of the shortlisted candidates.
