Job Location: Infantry Road (GEM PLAZA),Banaglore

Work Timing: 09:30 AM IST to 06:30 PM IST

Working Days: Monday to Saturday(Half a day Upto 2:00PM)

HR Recruitment Team Lead

Job Responsibilities:
Managing a team effectively, encouraging focus on delivery and result.
End to End Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Head Hunting, Mapping and Industry Research.
Client co-ordination/interacting with Business Units for Recruitment Process.

Candidate Requirement / Qualification / Experience / Skills:
Any Graduate/Masters with a strong English communication and MS office knowledge is must. IT Recruitment Industry experience will be added advantage.

Should Have:
Hands on experience on sourcing and End to End Recruitment experiences.
Should have excellent communication, convincing skills and negotiation skills
Candidate shall be self-motivated & high on achievement orientation, Should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure.
Young and motivated person with high energy levels.
Some prior team management experience will be preferred.

Experience: 2.5-4.0 Years
