Key Responsibilities:
- Providing strategic direction to the management
- Partnering with business units to develop overall HR strategy and objectives
- Translating the HR strategy and objectives into goals, plans and tactics that are aligned with business imperatives, while assuring compatibility with company's values, ethics and policies
- Providing analysis and recommendations in areas such as talent management, organizational assessment, performance and career management
- Innovative group connects with 5-15 people such as HR kiosks, skip levels and the like
- Drove engagement programs (Connects, Career fairs) with action on survey feedback resulting in
increase in scores
