Position: HR Manager/Assistant Manager/Executive
Location: Neemuch, MP/Bhilwara, RJ
Job Description: Candidates from Agri/Soya industry background preferred
Roles & responsibilities:
· Head hunting: Identifying specific profiles and establishing contact, engaging, and hiring.
· Sourcing: Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment agencies, job boards / job postings, social platforms, professional networks, employee referrals when required.
· Database: Maintain organized databases with candidates’ data
· Interviewing: Using standardized screening techniques to assess the skills, qualifications & experience of potential candidates, facilitating pre-interview assessments and subsequent interviews by SMEs.
· Documentation & Feedback: Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.
· Negotiating terms of hire with potential candidates.
· Regular updating: Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
· Achieve the recruitment target assigned and liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs and achieve the same within the stipulated time frame.
Candidate’s skill set
· Experience: 2 to 6 years preferable from the Agritech industry. Candidates from other industries are also welcome to apply.
· Skills: Good communication skills including proficiency in English, talent acquisition skills, networking skills, Analytical skills. Professional Human Resources certification strongly preferred. Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques, creative approach in hiring and hands-on experience with sourcing tools is desirable.
· Previously proven work experience as a head-hunter, recruiter or similar profile.
· Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
· Role category – Individual performer at Executive/Asst Manager level.
