1. Responsible for recruiting vacant positions to meet the Indian company ’s human resource needs.

2. Responsible for standardizing and implementing salary and welfare policies and assisting in the implementation of local salary incentive programs;

3. Responsible for employee labour relations and handling of various personnel affairs;

4. Assist in improving employee satisfaction and employee efficiency;

5. Responsible for assisting business leaders in the organization and implementation of employee performance assessment, and the planning and organization of employee training.

Qualifications:

1. Familiar with the relevant processes and system requirements of human resources management;

2. Strong sense of responsibility, proactive work, and good pressure capacity;

3. High interpersonal sensitivity, strong ability to communicate and coordinate, and organizational planning ability;
