Sourcing Candidates from various sources like Job Portals, Walk-in Interviews, Campus Interviews, Consultants etc.
Maintaining Interview feedback & Interview rating forms
Joining & Induction Formalities
Issuing of Offer & Appointment Letters
To carry out the reference checks of newly joined employees
Coordinating for Employees ID Card, Visiting Cards, Software/App Login generation etc.
Coordinating for Employee Salary account, PF, ESIC registration etc.,
Relieving Formalities
Acceptance of Resignation in accordance with the reporting head & finalisation of Relieving date.
Conducting the Exit Formalities like Clearance Forms, Hand over – Take over forms etc.
Full & Final Settlement of Resigned employees & issuing of relieving letter
PF Withdrawal assistance
Other HR related work
Sending out Employee Policy Circulars
Maintaining all HR related database & Personal files employee wise
Updating Employee data/files from time to time.
Maintaining of Attendance and Leaves related records and reports.
