Position- HR Manager/HR Executive -Generalist/HR Executive -Recruiters

Responsibilities and Duties

Job Responsibilities

  • Handles on-going HR Operations Center activities for a Region,such as Organization Management, Recruitment, Employee Data Management, Hiring,Pre-boarding ,On-boarding,Training, ER.
  • Also responsible for resolving errors and escalated inquiries from the State related to their specific area as needed
  • Manages all HR Functional area and technical process.
  • Answers complex inquiries based on an expert level understanding of procedures and policies,as necessary
  • Resolve errors related to queries related to employee life cycle
  • Provide and compile data for reporting,forecasting,and planning and Management reporting
  • Assist in testing system upgrades and new functionality
  • Conducts on-going processing activities for their HR Functional area.
  • Participates in continuous improvement of the OC
  • Suggest methods to update, simplify,and enhance processes, procedures,and technologies
  • To assist in development dashboard templates,data capture mechanism,reporting methods and data audit
  • To ensure high level of control environment in managing sensitive HR data and reporting, build solid process documentation and must deliver satisfactory risk and control review against any and all processes performed by the team

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for following type of candidates -

  • Fresh Graduate in Any Streams, Fresh MBA Graduates, Fresh Engineering Graduates, Fresh B Pharma & M Pharma ( Candidates in the Final Year Can also Apply )
  • Experienced HR Executives as a Generalist & Recruiters having experience from 0 to 5 Years.
  • After the shortlisting of the candidates, candidates have to go with the following processes -Preliminary assessment of the candidate will be done by our panel of experts;
  • Communication Skill test both Verbal and Written ;&
  • 6 Months in house training by our panel of experts from Corporates.
  • After the successful completion of training, you will be placed with our esteemed clients across India or you will get an opportunity to associate & work with us.
