We are looking for a smart, confident, proactive & self-driven HR. She will be solely handling HR dept. 

Responsibilities and Duties

• Managing the complete recruitment cycle for sourcing the best talent .
• Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions & duties.
• Compiling & update employee records.
• Maintain all the records of employees.
• Deal with the employees grievances, performance evaluation, employee engagement activities etc.
• Draft policies and make sure employees are abiding to the same.

Qualifications and Skills

• MBA - HR preferred
• More than 3 years of experience in HR profile
• Female candidate required.
