The Human Resources Manager manages and directs all human resources (HR) team for an organization or company. HR Managers must educate, train, monitor, problem-solve, and ensure company HR policy is followed across all employees, managers, and executives. Additional responsibilities include directing and overseeing hiring, training, and dismissal processes and administering and monitoring benefit programs. Human Resource managers may also work with the director to strategically plan valuable HR changes and subsequently take action to implement them. Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills are a must as a Human Resources professional. For better connectivity with the employees, you must be keenly aware of healthy employee relations in the organization. All work given by team leads has to be completed on time and should be willing to work with other teams, should meet the deadlines, and should coordinate accordingly.
