Responsibilities:
Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions within the organization.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop suitable recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate the selection process.
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics for reporting purposes.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with candidates professionally.
Prior experience in International BPO, business development, or HR recruitment is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
