Job Description

Ensuring timely & effective monitoring of payroll administration and various statutory compliance as per applicable laws.
To ensure cordial harmonious relations at the workplace.
To ensure implementation of all HR systems and policies in the company.
Taking Care of Exit Interview and control Attrition.
To draw-up training plan for all employees along with the departmental managers, ensure its implementation, and assess the effectiveness of the training inputs.
To conduct domestic enquiries for employees in compliance with the legal procedures.
To determine the manpower requirements to have the right mix of employees.
To prepare budgets for Production Salaries and Wages as well as analyze trends in various components of wages. To prepare and monitor company HR budget.
To effectively design and implement communication policy for employees.
To induct and place employees as per laid down guidelines and procedures.
To ensure compliance with all Labor Laws and statutory guidelines
To ensure smooth functioning of the Time office.
To ensure error free calculation & smooth disbursement of wages
To prepare reports on areas related to HR.
Organisation Development - Succession planning, Safety, CSR, & employee engagement activities.
Handling office related administration.
Coordination for the various external audits.
Coordinate with Head Office accounts for various internal transactions and policies.
