We have a very exciting opportunity for HR Executive/ HR Manager post.
Responsibilities :

Managing end to end recruitment cycle from preparing the job descriptions to screening resume from portals, personal interviews, salary negotiations, background checks, onboard candidate.
Utilize social media network and advertise job opportunities.
Experience with IT recruitments is the must.
Payroll processing and management.
Leave and attendance management.
Coordinate with Top management for strategy and policy formulation in alignment with company’s goals.
Facility management.
Employee Engagement Activities.
Hands-on exposure to using various job portals.
Maintain excellent documentation within the computer system.

Skill Set :

Excellent and fluent English speaking skills.
Multitasking.
Ability to meet deadlines for talent acquisition.
Ability to work as an individual as well as a team Are you an Proactive person and passionate about HR?
