Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

·       Managing end to end recruitment cycle from preparing the job descriptions to the onboard candidate.

·       Payroll management.

·       Leave and attendance management.

·       Training and Development

·       Coordinate with Top management for strategy and policy formulation in alignment with the company’s goals.

·       Facility management.

·       Handling Joining and Exit Formalities

·       Documentation or records management.

·       Vendor management and facility management

·       Other HR Activities.

Requirements:

·       Should have minimum of 4 years of work experience as an HR Manager.

·       Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

·       Good Experience in Recruitment, Payroll Management, etc.

·       Practice in making business decisions that align with organizational goals.

• People-oriented and results-driven.
• Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

·       Experience with IT recruitments or IT Company will be a plus.

·       Experience with HRMS/ATS would be a plus.

·       Keen to Learn
