Manages talent acquisition process, including sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, hiring, negotiation, and onboarding.
Closely coordinate with the department head, keeps job descriptions up-to-date, accurate as per the requirement of the job profile, prepare job mandate accordingly.
Participate in the H1B hiring process. Support Legal team in terms of the immigration documents needed from the employee / consultant.
Deliver induction training to new on boarded employees. Prepare training calendar and module in line to the training requirement of each department.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and retention of employees.
Prepare the new joinee records and share the salary input to payroll team.
Track the complete lifecycle of the employee as probation confirmation, work anniversary etc.
Nurture a positive working environment.
Maintain good relation with the recruitment and other vendors.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning and implementing pay structure revisions.
Oversee and manage US medical insurance & other employee benefits.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Proven working experience as HR manager or HR Associate with US based MNC
Knowledge of best practices to be followed for US & India.
People oriented and results driven
Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Should be flexible for shift timings.
